Natalia blankets are made of the finest long-hair Mongolian fleece which makes this cashmere blanket and throw as soft as a whisper and as light as a cloud!
Cashmere comes from the undercoat of goats that thrive on the high plateaux of Mongolia.
Only a handful of cashmere can be combed from each goat, as opposed to wool which can be sheared in large quantities.
The cashmere fleece is then graded and sold at auction, with the top grades usually purchased by Italian or other European mills to produce the finest cashmere blankets and throws, such as Natalia by Zambaiti.
