Rance has been renowned for it's luxury soaps and perfumes since 1795 when Francois Rance founded the company in Grasse, France. Using high quality flowers cultivated near Grasse, Rance produced natural extracts which found their way into soaps, perfumes and cologne waters. Rance tripe-milled, hand-made soaps, now produced in Italy, are enriched only with pure, natural extracts and suitable even for sensitive skin types. The soaps are cooked for a total of 6 days allowing for 3 separate siftings when impurities filter to the bottom and drain. Rance soap is so pure that no preservatives are required, and the fragrance so infused, it lasts the entire lifetime of the soap.
