Return policy: In order to maintain our competitive pricing, we are unable to accomodate returns unless there is a manufacturer's defect. This insures that every customer receives merchandise in original, factory fresh condition. Returns must be reported within 3 days of receipt. No returns will be accepted after 7 days.

In the event that any merchandise should be defective, please contact us via email or telephone and we will issue a return authorization. We cannot accept any returns without a return authorization number. All returns must be sent back within 4 days after receipt of purchase, unused and in their original packaging. Returns are for merchandise store credit only which is valid for 6 months.If an item that is not defective is returned, there will be a 20% restocking fee We cannot accept returns on packages that have been opened.

Free Shipping offers - any items that were originally sent using free shipping offers will be credited in the original form of payment, minus any delivery, handling, shipping cost, and re-stocking fee.

Fabric Swatches:We are pleased to send fabric swatches for most items with a shipping/handling fee of $5 per swatch which will be credited towards your purchase from Aiko Luxury Linens (limit $30). If you require a large hanging sample, you may order this for $20-$65 + shipping. The hanging sample must be returned in original condition and in the original packaging material to Aiko Luxury Linens within 10 days after receipt for a refund.

Custom Bedding: Orders for custom linens may not be cancelled or altered without forfeit of the deposit. Custom bedding, towels and table linens may not be returned or exchanged. The deposit for custom linens is $450 or 50% of the order (whichever is greater).

Shipping & Handling: We ship all our domestic packages insured via UPS ground.
